This song arrived first as a simple chord progression, and the lyrics followed fairly smoothly afterward. Once I got in the studio, Jakubu pushed me to write a more definitive chorus to give the song a more fully developed feel, and I'm so grateful he did. The chorus give the song energy and movement, and is a reminder to all of us that each of our voices are necessary and welcome during this time of global evolution of consciousness. Don't forget to raise yours - someone needs to hear it.
